Rookie Camp 2023
Rate: $1800
An opportunity for rookie or first time campers to fully immerse themselves in the excitement and wonder of the Laurelwood sleepaway experience by sleeping in the bunks with their peers and enjoying all activities and special events camp has to offer!
Rookie campers will have a chance to experience all that Laurelwood has to offer, including aquatics, art, sports, and outdoors programs. All meals are included, and these campers will be intergrated into camp but with additional care as we know they may be nervous.
Rookie camp is a great way to try a week of camp to see if your child is ready for more. Extending to a longer session may also be possible, and can be discussed with staff in our camp office.
Best of Both Worlds 2023
Rate: $950
Come experience the Best of Both Worlds at Camp Laurelwood! This program runs from Monday - Saturday and is specifically designed for current day campers (registered for at least 1 week in Summer 2023) who want to experience overnight camp at Camp Laurelwood for the first time!
Monday and Tuesday are regular Day Camp days (9-5), and campers stay over from Wednesday-Saturday. *Campers are eligible if they are registered for at least one week of Day Camp in 2023 AND if they are entering 2nd-5th grade.
Campers will be fully integrated into camp, but we will bunk them as their own group(s). They will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner, evening programs, sleeping in the bunks, and Shabbat. Best of Both Worlds is a perfect way to transition into overnight camp for our Day Campers. There will also be opportunities for one-night overnights during Week 3 (7/10-7/14) and Week 4 (7/17-7/21) so that campers can feel prepared for Best of Both Worlds.
