The information gathered through our camper enrollment and staff online applications is for Camp Laurelwood’s internal enrollment and hiring process. Your e-mail address will remain private and will not be shared with any outside third parties or solicitors.

All information concerning donors or prospective donors, including their addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, the names of their beneficiaries, etc., shall be kept strictly confidential by Camp Laurelwood and our staff unless permission is obtained from donors to release such information. Camp Laurelwood uses donors’ information to understand our donors’ interests in Camp Laurelwood’s mission and to provide updates on the organization’s plans and activities. It is shared internally only on a “need-to-know” basis.

When a donor makes a contribution to Camp Laurelwood using a credit card, the credit card information provided by the donor is stored in a confidential manner. Camp Laurelwood employees may access such information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so, such as when a refund must be issued back to the credit card. Camp Laurelwood maintains safeguards to protect donor credit card information, and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards.

Donors added to our mailing list may contact us by e-mail to request removal from the mailing list.

Policy as to Children

For children who visit our site, special rules apply. We do not request personal information about children, such as first and last name or street address and city. When children send an e-mail to us, their online contact information (e-mail address) is not used to re-contact them and is not maintained in a retrievable form.
